德发弹性织物有限公司(以下简称德发)于一九八八年成立，位处广州市白云区，是一家中型民营企业。本公司专门生产各类型的弹性织带，包括电脑提花带、肩带、围带（丈根）、包边带、裤腰带、小花边带等，迎合不同纺织同业需要。 德发一向致力为客户提供质的产品和服务。经过多年努力，德发现已发展成业内一家颇具影响力和知名度的企业，并于二零零四年荣获Oeko-Tex standard 100国际环保纺织标签。本公司引入意大利科美斯(Comez)针织机，瑞士约科布缪勒(Jakob Muller)梭织机，采用国外优质原材料，月均产量达3000万米以上。
